Terms and Conditions (Services)

1. Scope

These Terms govern all language and communication services provided by Reviver Global Translation Services LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Translation and Localization

  • Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI)

  • Video Remote Interpretation (VRI)

  • Onsite and Simultaneous Interpretation

  • Multilingual Content and Accessibility Solutions

  • Other Services provided by Reviver Global

2. Engagement and Performance

Reviver Global shall perform services with reasonable skill and diligence, in accordance with professional standards. Services commence upon written acceptance of a quote or service order.

3. Subcontracting

Reviver Global may engage qualified subcontractors or linguists to perform services. All subcontractors are bound by confidentiality and quality standards equal to those of Reviver Global.

4. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements, context, and materials in a timely manner.

  • Ensure access to necessary platforms, systems, or reference materials.

  • Refrain from directly soliciting Reviver Global linguists, employees, or subcontractors for independent work (non-circumvention). Any violation incurs a fee equal to 100% of the related service amount.

5. Service Delivery and Delays

Reviver Global will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines. However, delays caused by incomplete information, force majeure, or third-party system failures (e.g., AWS outages) shall not constitute breach of contract.

6. Quality and Revisions

Reviver Global ensures professional-grade output. Reasonable revision requests directly related to translation or interpretation accuracy are honored within five (5) business days of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Reviver Global’s total liability shall not exceed the invoice amount for the specific service. Reviver Global is not liable for loss of profit, data, or opportunity.

8. Confidentiality and Data Security

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality over all exchanged information. Reviver Global implements professional-grade data protection and secure transfer protocols to safeguard client materials.

9. Termination

Either Party may terminate an agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Termination for cause may occur if either Party breaches material obligations and fails to cure such breach within fifteen (15) days of written notice.

Upon termination, all completed work must be paid for, and Reviver Global will return all client materials.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dubai, in accordance with UAE arbitration law.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Parties regarding services rendered by Reviver Global and supersede all prior representations or agreements.
