Terms and Conditions (Quotations)

1. Validity and Acceptance

All quotations issued by Reviver Global Translation Services LLC (Reviver Global) are valid for one (1) business week from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Pricing

Prices are provided in UAE Dirhams (AED), US Dollars (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD) exclusive of VAT, taxes, or bank fees unless specified otherwise. Rates are based on the specifications provided at the time of quoting. Any changes to scope, format, deadlines, or service requirements may result in revised pricing. Other currencies may be used at the discretion of Reviver Global.

3. Payment Terms

  • Individuals: Full payment is required upfront before project commencement, or prior to project delivery if agreed as such.

  • New Non-Individual (Corporate) Clients:

    • Projects ≤ 1,500 AED (or $500 USD): Full payment or valid credit card details required upon acceptance.

    • Projects > 1,500 AED: 25% deposit upon quote acceptance; balance due upon delivery.

    • Subsequent projects may qualify for NET 15 payment terms at Reviver Global’s discretion.

  • Existing Non-Individual (Corporate) Clients:

    • Invoicing model – post project payment, within 15 days of completion unless otherwise agreed.

    • Projects > 15,000 AED: 25% deposit upon quote acceptance; balance due in accordance with standard invoicing policies.

    • Subsequent projects may qualify for NET 15 payment terms at Reviver Global’s discretion.

  • Credit card payments are subject to a 3–5% processing fee.

4. Acceptance of Deliverables

All deliverables will be provided in the same digital format as received unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any concerns regarding deliverables must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery; failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance.

5. Per Diems & Travel-Related Expenses

Per Diems and Travel Expenses:
Certain assignments—particularly those requiring onsite attendance, extended hours, or travel outside the interpreter’s home city—may incur additional costs such as per diems, airfare, ground transportation, accommodation, mileage, parking, tolls, visa fees, or other travel-related expenses. These costs are not included in quotation pricing unless specifically stated.

If the Client maintains established policies or capped rates for per diems or travel expenses, Reviver Global Translation Services LLC (“Reviver Global”) will comply with those policies, provided they are communicated in writing prior to assignment confirmation.

Notwithstanding adherence to Client policies, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. Interpreters may be subject to minimum travel-expense requirements, including but not limited to airline class, standard lodging requirements, safe transportation standards, or minimum per diem thresholds set by Reviver Global to ensure reasonable working conditions.

  2. In cases where the Client’s policies do not meet minimum interpreter welfare or safety standards, Reviver Global reserves the right to request exceptions or decline the assignment.

  3. Any such expenses shall be invoiced separately from service fees.

All travel-related expenses will be supported by receipts where applicable.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Translation Services:

    • No charge if work has not started.

    • If partially completed: charge for completed work + 25%.

  • Pre-Scheduled Interpretation Services:

    • Cancel ≥7 business days before assignment: No charge. However, client must cover any incurred charged related to the pre-scheduled assignment. These may include charges or deposits for the reservation or equipment, travel costs (flight or hotel bookings), penalties, etc.

    • Cancel 5–7 days: 50% fee in addition to any incurred charged related to the pre-scheduled assignment. These may include charges or deposits for the reservation or equipment, travel costs (flight or hotel bookings), penalties, etc.

    • Cancel 2–4 days: 75% fee in addition to any incurred charged related to the pre-scheduled assignment. These may include charges or deposits for the reservation or equipment, travel costs (flight or hotel bookings), penalties, etc.

    • Cancel 1 day or same day: 100% fee in addition to any incurred charged related to the pre-scheduled assignment. These may include charges or deposits for the reservation or equipment, travel costs (flight or hotel bookings), penalties, etc.

7. Confidentiality

All client materials are treated as confidential. Reviver Global will not disclose any project-related information without prior consent unless required by law.

8. Liability

Reviver Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific service.

9. Governing Law

All quotations and subsequent transactions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. Jurisdiction shall rest exclusively with the Dubai Courts.
